Query the daily statistics reports of users - Chat App Message Service

This topic describes how to query the daily statistics reports of users.

Prerequisites

Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise authentication.
You have activated the Chat App Message Service.
A channel is created and is bound to an account or authorized to use an account.
A message template is created and approved.
Messages are sent.

Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Channel management.
On the Channel management page, click a channel ID or click Management in the Operation column that corresponds to the desired channel.
Click Customer daily statistical in the left-side navigation pane.
On the Customer daily statistical page, select an account or a phone number and select a date to query daily statistics reports.
