This topic describes how to create a Viber message template in the Chat App Message Service console.
Prerequisites
A Viber channel is created. For more information, see Create a Viber channel.
A Viber Business Account is registered and associated with the Viber channel. The account registration is approved by Viber. For more information, see Manage Viber service accounts.
Create a template
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Channel management.
On the Channel management page, click the ID of the Viber channel that you want to manage.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Template design.
Click Add. In the Add dialog box, configure the Template name and Language parameters.
Click OK to open the template design page.
Design a template
Click the icon on the right side of the preview and select a message type.
Follow the on-screen instructions to design the template content.
Click Save.
Delete a template
If you delete a template, the message sending tasks that use the template will fail. Proceed with caution.
On the Template design page, find the template that you want to delete and click Delete in the Actions column.
In the message that appears, click OK.
