    Application Real-Time Monitoring Service:Obtain the webhook URL of a DingTalk chatbot

    Before you configure a DingTalk chatbot for a DingTalk group and set the group as a notification object, you must obtain the chatbot webhook URL from the group. This topic describes how to do this.

    Prerequisite

    A DingTalk group is created, so that you can receive alerts.

    Procedure

    1. Run the DingTalk client on a PC, go to the DingTalk group to which you want to add a chatbot, and click the Group Settings icon in the upper-right corner.

    2. In the Group Settings panel, click Bot. In the Robot Management panel, click Add Robot.

    3. In the Robot dialog box, click Add Robot, and then click Custom. image.png

    4. In the Robot details dialog box, click Add.

    5. In the Add Robot dialog box, perform the following steps:

      Add Robot

      1. Specify a profile picture and a name for the chatbot.

      2. Select Custom Keywords for the Security Setting parameter. Then, enter alert as a keyword.

      3. Read the terms of service and select I Acknowledge and Accept the DingTalk Custom Robot Service Terms of Service.

      4. Click Finished.

    6. Copy the webhook URL of the chatbot and click OK.Add Robot

    After you obtain the webhook URL of the chatbot, you can configure the DingTalk group as a notification object to receive alerts by referring to DingTalk chatbots.
