This topic describes how to view the information about Data Transmission Service units (DUs) of a Data Transmission Service (DTS) dedicated cluster.
Scenarios
- You can view the node specifications, total number of DUs, available DUs, DU usage, overcommit ratio, creation time, and expiration time of a DTS dedicated cluster.
- If a data migration, data synchronization, or change tracking task fails to be configured in a DTS dedicated cluster, you can view the resource usage of the DTS dedicated cluster to find the solution.
Prerequisites
A DTS dedicated cluster is created. For more information, see Create a DTS dedicated cluster.
Procedure
- Go to the Dedicated Cluster page.
- In the top navigation bar, select the region in which you want to create a DTS dedicated cluster.
- On the Cluster Task page, click the name of the DTS dedicated cluster that you want to view.
- Optional:In the left-side navigation pane, click Cluster Management.
- In the Basic Information section, view the DU information such as Number of remaining available DUs in the cluster and Total number of DUs in the cluster. If a task fails to be configured in the DTS dedicated cluster, you can select a solution based on the resource usage or status of the DTS dedicated cluster.
Resource usage or cluster status Solution References Insufficient number of available DUs - Raise the overcommit ratio to increase the total number of DUs in the cluster. This increases the number of available DUs.
- Add more nodes to increase the total number of DUs in the cluster. This increases the number of available DUs.
- Create another DTS dedicated cluster so that the total number of DUs of all clusters meets your requirements for configuring DTS tasks.
Important Total number of DUs in a DTS dedicated cluster = 15 × Number of nodes in the DTS dedicated cluster.High disk usage Increase the disk space of cluster nodes to reduce the disk usage.
