This topic describes how to enable the collection of control plane logs and audit logs of a master instance in the Distributed Cloud Container Platform for Kubernetes (ACK One) console. After you enable the log collection feature, the related logs are delivered to Log Service.
Prerequisites
An ACK cluster is created. For more information, see Create a cluster.
Procedure
Method 1: Enable the collection of control plane logs and audit logs when you create a master instance
Method 2: Enable the collection of control plane logs and audit logs for an existing master instance
Log on to the ACK One console.
In the Create Fleet panel, turn on Enable Collection of Operation Logs and Auditing Logs and click Create.

Log on to the ACK One console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Fleet Information page, click Basic Information. On the Basic Information tab, turn on Logs.

Disable the log collection feature | In the Advanced Settings section of the Basic Information tab, turn off Enable Collection of Operation Logs and Auditing Logs. Important If you disable the log collection feature, the project and pushed logs are not automatically deleted. To prevent additional fees, you can delete the corresponding project that is used to store logs in the Simple Log Service console after you disable the log collection feature. For more information, see Delete a project. |
What to do next
After the control plane logs and audit logs of a master instance are delivered to Simple Log Service, you can query, analyze, download, ship, and transform the logs in the Simple Log Service console.
