You can view the quota for the Data Transmission Service in MaxCompute console, and configure the concurrency of the quota through the time-specific configuration feature.
Background information
MaxCompute offers an exclusive Data Transmission Service (subscription) resource group to cater to specific customer data transmission needs. This ensures exclusive access to data transmission resources and enhances transmission stability. Precautions
A maximum of 48 time ranges can be configured for a reserved quota resource group, with each time range having a minimum duration of 30 minutes.
If you need to downgrade your subscription Data Transmission Service after you perform the time-specific configuration, you must reduce the number of allocated slots across different time ranges.
The time-specific configuration feature becomes effective within 5 minutes, and billing commences once the feature is activated.
Time-specific configurations

By default, the time-specific configuration is accessible by both the Alibaba Cloud account and RAM users associated with that account.
Log on to the MaxCompute console. In the top navigation bar, select a region.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Workspace > Quotas.
On the Quotas page, click the Time-specific Configuration in the Actions column corresponding to the Quota Type of Data Transmission Service.
On the Time-specific Configuration page, set the time-specific concurrency as follows:
Select a time segment on the timeline, then specify the Time-specific Concurrency in the dialog box that appears.
Ensure that the number of time-specific concurrency does not exceed the number of reserved concurrency.
Click OK to save the configuration. The details of the time range will be displayed in the table at the bottom of the page. To cancel the current configuration, click Cancel, or click Delete to remove an existing configuration.
View Data Transmission Service quota
Log on to the MaxCompute console. In the top navigation bar, select a region.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Workspace > Quotas.
Access the quota management page to view the Data Transmission Service quota list.
The quota list is presented in a tree structure, detailing both primary and secondary subscription Data Transmission Service quotas.
