This topic describes the basic structure of the DataV console to help you understand the functional modules of the DataV console when you enter the DataV console for the first time.
Console mode
Logon - Figure DataV console allows you to add and edit visual applications, data, and assets.
Menu bar
Click an item in the menu bar to switch to the corresponding page for content management.
If you are using the Professional Edition, you can choose My Assets > Widget Groups to view the components that you have developed.
Projects
On the Projects page, you can perform the following operations:
Use a template to create a PC-side visualization application. For more information, see Use a template to create a PC-side visualization application.
View all the visual applications that have been created, and you can see the quota that continues to be available for creation. The number of visual applications that you can create varies based on the edition. For more information, see Specifications.
Manage visual application projects by group. For more information, see Manage visual application groups.

Search for a visual application project by name. For more information, see Manage visual application search.
Data Sources
On the Data Sources page, you can perform management operations.
My Assets
On the My Assets page, you canManage design assets, favorite components, and custom widget packages. For more information, see Manage assets.
