CloudMonitor:View metric data on an enterprise monitoring dashboard

You can use enterprise monitoring dashboards and Grafana plug-ins to integrate Hybrid Cloud Monitoring with Grafana. You can also use an enterprise dashboard to create self-managed Grafana. This topic describes how to use an enterprise monitoring dashboard to visualize metric data.

1. Create a namespace.
   For more information, see Create a namespace.
2. Create a metrics import task.
   You can create a metrics import task for your self-managed data centers, Alibaba Cloud services, and cloud services of third-party providers. This way, you can import metrics to CloudMonitor. To create a metrics import task, perform the following operations:

   • Create a metrics import task for an IDC
   • Create a metrics import task within a single Alibaba Cloud account or Create a metrics import task across multiple Alibaba Cloud accounts.
   • Create a metrics import task for another vendor
3. Create a dashboard.
   To create a dashboard, perform the following operations:

   • Create a business dashboard
   • Create a system preset dashboard
   • Create a custom dashboard
