You can query the phone numbers of users who clicked the unsubscribe button in a WhatsApp marketing template and the unsubscription time based on a phone number of your enterprise. This topic describes how to query unsubscription information.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise authentication.
A WhatsApp channel is created. For more information, see Create a WhatsApp channel.
WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) onboarding is complete and the WABA is approved by WhatsApp. For more information about WABA onboarding, see WABA onboarding.
Your phone numbers are verified. For more information, see Manage phone numbers.
A marketing template that contains an unsubscribe button is created and approved by WhatsApp. For more information about marketing templates, see Marketing templates
A message that contains an unsubscribe button was sent to users.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Channel management.
On the Channel management page, click a channel ID or click Management in the Operation column that corresponds to the desired channel.
On the channel management page, click Unsubscribe query.
On the page that appears, select the query conditions based on your business requirements.
Business number: Select the phone number of your enterprise for which you want to query unsubscription information.
User number: Select a specific user number. This condition is optional.
Time range: Select the time range during which a user clicked the unsubscribe button.
NoteIf you want to export the unsubscription information, click the Download icon in the upper-right corner of the page. After the information is exported, go to the download center and download the information to your local computer.
