Chat App Message Service:Download center

This topic describes how to download exported files to your local computer.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Channel management.

  3. On the Channel management page, click a channel ID or click Management in the Operation column that corresponds to the desired channel.

  4. On the page that appears, click Download Center in the left-side navigation pane.

  5. On the page that appears, specify a filtering condition. You can specify Export source or Export status.

  6. Select the data that you want to download and click Download.
