Account Management:Change the secure mobile number

Procedure

1. Log on to the Account Center console. The Security Settings page appears.

   

2. Click Bind next to Mobile Number to complete identity verification.

   

   1. Verify your identity. The verification methods displayed on the page prevail.

      In this example, email verification is used.

      1. Click Verify Now in the By Email Verification section.

      2. Enter the six-digit verification code that you receive.

      3. Click Submit.

   2. Bind a mobile number to your Alibaba Cloud account.

      1. Enter your mobile number.

         Important

         You must enter a mobile number registered in the country or region in which your Alibaba Cloud account is created. Otherwise, you cannot receive verification codes by using the mobile number.

      2. Click Get Verification Code.

      3. Enter the 6-digit verification code that you receive.

      4. Complete the configuration.

3. Change the mobile number bound to your Alibaba Cloud account.

   1. On the Security Settings page, click Change next to Mobile Number.

   2. Verify your identity. Enter the verification code that is sent to your mobile phone or email address and click Submit.

   3. Enter the mobile number that you want to use.

      Important

      You must enter a mobile number registered in the country or region in which your Alibaba Cloud account is created.

   4. Enter the verification code that you receive and click Submit.

   5. Complete the configuration.
