ispmanager is a panel for managing your VPS or dedicated Linux server. Installed over 700,000 times, ispmanager supports hundreds of thousands of servers in 150 countries.

The control panel makes life easy for website owners, hosting providers, Linux administrators, and web developers with its easy-to-use tools for managing web services.

Advantages of the ispmanager control panel:

● Wide range of features. Create websites, manage user permissions, manage domains, install and obtain SSL certificates, configure security measures, create backups, manage databases, and much more.

● A clear, user-friendly interface. Ispmanager is so intuitive that even a novice can use it.

● The control panel and sites do not depend on each other. Ispmanager runs on the built-in ihttpd web server and does not depend on Nginx or Apache.

How to Install the ispmanager Control Panel

1. Go to the ispmanager page and click Choose your plan.

Now, select the control panel image to install on the Alibaba Cloud server:

2. Choose server parameters. The minimum requirements are listed above, under Hardware requirements. Read more about system requirements in the ispmanager documentation.

3. Go to the Bandwidths & Security Groups section:

4. Open the server ports that are required for the panel to work.

List of ports that may be required:

● 21/tc — to send data via FTP;
● 22/tcp — for remote access to a server via SSH;
● 110, 143, 993, 995, 587, 465, 25/tcp — to send and receive emails;
● 80, 443/tcp — to handle user requests to websites on the server with ispmanager;
● 1500/tcp — to access the ispmanager interface;
● 1501/tcp — to run external applications via SSL;
● 53/tcp, 53/udp — for domain name servers;
● 3306/tcp — for remote access to the database server.

5. Select Create order:

When we have created the order, that’s it, there is no need to manually install anything. During the first server boot, the cloud-init process will start, which will perform the preliminary work: setting the database password, checking the license, and resetting the logs.
