If your business requirements for security change, you can upgrade or downgrade Security Center, or disable value-added features. For example, you can upgrade Security Center Anti-virus to Security Center Advanced, or disable the anti-ransomware feature that you purchased. This topic describes how to upgrade or downgrade Security Center.
Supported upgrade and downgrade operations
You cannot downgrade specifications that are not included in the Downgrade section of the following table, such as the edition of Security Center or the cloud honeypot feature. If you want to downgrade the edition of Security Center or reduce the quota for cloud honeypot, you can change the specifications in the next billing cycle. The specifications in the current billing cycle are not affected. For more information about how to perform specification changes and renewal, see Manual renewal.
If you want to increase the quota for a value-added feature or purchase a value-added feature, and disable another value-added feature, you must separately perform the upgrade and downgrade operations to complete the required specification changes.
