You can share the configurations of a product portfolio that belongs to one account with other accounts. This way, the administrator of Service Catalog can manage the product portfolios of multiple accounts in a centralized manner.
Scenarios
As the number of the accounts in your enterprise increases, the modification of the configurations for each account in the Service Catalog console can become complicated and prone to errors. In this case, you can share the configurations of a product portfolio that belongs to one account with other accounts. To share the configurations of a product portfolio, you can use the multi-account management capabilities provided by the Resource Directory service and the capabilities provided by the Resource Sharing service. For more information, see Resource Directory overview and Resource Sharing overview. If the configurations of the product portfolio are changed, the new configurations can be synchronized to the accounts with which the configurations are shared in real time. This greatly improves management efficiency.
