After you create a self-service data retrieval task, you can edit, query, share, move, and delete the task. Only group spaces of the Professional Edition support the self-service data retrieval feature.
Go to the self-service data retrieval page
Log on to the Quick BI console.
Follow the instructions in the following figure to go to the Self-service Data Access page.
Edit self-service data retrieval
In the Self-service data retrieval list, right-click the target data retrieval task and select Edit.
You can also click the icon in the row of the self-service fetch that you want to edit.
On the self-service data retrieval editing page, modify the self-service data retrieval.
Query self-service data retrieval
You can use one of the following methods to query data:
Query only the self-service data retrieval created by me
Query self-service data retrieval directly by name
Self-service data retrieval by filtering time and creator query
Grant permissions on a workbook
In the Self-service data retrieval list, right-click the target data retrieval task and select Collaborative Authorization.
You can also click the icon in the row of the self-service fetch that you want to edit.

Share self-service data retrieval
In the Data retrieval list, follow the instructions in the following figure to go to the share page.
Create a link to the dashboard.
Create a private link.
On the Link Share page, click Private Link.
Click Copy Link to the right of the link box to send the link to other users who have the permission to view the link.
Create a public link.
When you make a dashboard public, a public link to the dashboard is automatically generated. The link can be accessed by all users without the need to log on to an Alibaba Cloud account.
On the Share Link page, click Public Link.
Click Share to Public. On the page that appears, you can view the URL, expiration date, and No More Public.
You can set the Deadline parameter. You can click Long Term to set the Deadline to Long Term. If you do not want to make the report public, you can click Unpublish.
Click Copy Link to send the link to other users.
Rename and transfer a dataset
In the Self-service data retrieval list, right-click the target data retrieval task and select Properties.
In the Properties panel, configure the following parameters.

Name
You can modify the name of the self-service retrieval to complete the renaming.
NoteThe name of a self-service data retrieval task cannot be the same in the same folder. The name of a self-service data retrieval task can be the same in different folders.
Owner
Click the drop-down icon to select an owner to complete the transfer.
Description
Add a description to the download task.
Click OK.
Move a workbook
In the Self-service retrieval list, follow the instructions in the following figure to go to the Move Resource page.
In the Move Resources panel, select a directory and click OK.
Deleted
In the Self-service retrieval list, follow the instructions in the following figure to go to the resource deletion page.
If you have created a BI portal by using the self-service retrieval method, you will be prompted with information about the published resources affected by the self-service retrieval method, such as the name, owner, modification time, and modification time.
In the message that appears, click Confirm.
