Connect your Alibaba Cloud Data Lake Analytics database with Quick BI by adding a DLA data source. This enables data analysis and visualization within Quick BI. Prerequisites
You have created a DLA database.
You have obtained the username and password for accessing the DLA database.

Only space administrators and developers are authorized to add data sources.
Connect to Alibaba Cloud Data Lake Analytics via the public network
Add the whitelist.
Before connecting to Alibaba Cloud Data Lake Analytics over the public network, add the IP address of Quick BI to the whitelist in Alibaba Cloud Data Lake Analytics.
Add a Hologres data source and verify connectivity.
Log on to the or the international Quick BI console.
Follow the instructions in the figure below to add the data source.
Navigate to the data source creation page using the provided link.
Choose the Alibaba Data Lake Analytics as your data source.
In the Add Data Lake Analytics Data Source dialog box, configure the data source according to your business scenario.
Name
Description
Display Name
The display name in the datasource config list.
The name cannot contain special characters or start or end with spaces.
Database Address
Log on to the DLA Management Console to view the database address. Example: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.datalakeanalytics.aliyuncs.com.
Port
The port number corresponding to the public network address of the deployed Data Lake Analytics database.
Database
The custom database name when the Data Lake Analytics database is deployed.
Username
The username used to log on to the Data Lake Analytics database.
Password
The password used to log on to the Data Lake Analytics database.
Virtual cluster name
Log on to the DLA Management Console to view the virtual cluster name on the virtual cluster management page.
Click Connection Test to verify the data source connectivity.
Once the test is successful, click OK to finalize the addition of the data source.
