This topic describes the preview watermark feature.
Usage notes
This feature can only be enabled by a super administrator or drive administrator.
The file online preview feature must have also been enabled.
Once the preview watermark feature is enabled, watermarks are applied to all files that can be previewed online. All users can see the watermarks.
The preview watermark feature is a value-added feature and is free of charge during the public preview.
Procedure
Log on to Cloud Drive for Enterprises (CDE) as an administrator. In the admin console, choose Security Policies > Preview Watermark.
Click the switch to enable or disable the preview watermark feature.
After the preview watermark feature is enabled, specify the watermark content based on your needs. For example, you can configure watermarks to display the previewer's account information, display custom content, and display the account information of the creator of a share link when previewed. You can see the watermark effect as you select the options.
Click Save.
