You can use your Alibaba Cloud account to manage workspaces and accounts. One enterprise account can have multiple workspaces to implement data isolation between departments.
You can use this feature only when you use your Alibaba Cloud account.
Procedure
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio console.
Hover your cursor on the icon or click it.
Choose Manage Alibaba Cloud Account.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Workspace Management or Account Management.
Workspace management
One Alibaba Cloud account can have up to 10 workspaces.
You can not delete workspaces.
A Default Workspace is automatically created after you activate Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.
Add a workspace
Click Add Workspace.
Enter a Workspace Name and click OK.
Rename a workspace
Click Edit in the Actions column of the desired workspace.
Enter a new Workspace Name and click OK.
Enter a workspace
Click Enter Workspace in the Actions column of the desired workspace.
View workspace ID
Take one of the following steps to view workspace ID.
If you are using the Alibaba Cloud account, you can view the ID of all workspaces on the Workspace Management page.
If you are using a RAM user, you can enter an authorized workspace. Click the icon to view the ID of the current workspace.
Account management
Add a user
On the Account Management page, click Add user.
On the Add user panel, specify the Basic Information and click Next.
RAM User: Select a RAM user under the current Alibaba Cloud account.
Name: After you select a user, the name is automatically filled in.
Account: By default, the current Alibaba Cloud account.
Note: Enter note information.
Click + permission to configure permissions.
Specify Business Scope and Role.
You can choose the Admin or Visitor roles. For more information about the roles, see Role management.
