To enhance user experience, Lindorm releases new versions of its underlying storage (LindormDFS, LDFS) that introduce new features, fix known bugs, and improve user experience. This topic provides the LindormDFS version release notes. You can upgrade the LindormDFS version of your Lindorm instance during off-peak hours.
View or upgrade the LindormDFS version of a Lindorm instance
You can view the current LindormDFS version in the console on the page. For more information about performing a version upgrade and important considerations, see Version Upgrade.
-
During a version upgrade, a rolling restart is performed on the underlying storage service for all nodes in your database. Slight jitter may occur during the restart process. Perform upgrades during off-peak hours.
-
The system automatically checks the LindormDFS version of the instance. If the Upgrade Minor Version option is not displayed, your LindormDFS instance is already running the latest version.
-
Version updates may vary by region. The LindormDFS version displayed in the Lindorm console takes precedence.
