You can use the user management and DB management modules in the Hologres console to manage users and databases, and grant permissions to users.
User management
When you click Account Management on the instance details page, you are automatically logged in and redirected to the corresponding page in HoloWeb.
On the Users page in HoloWeb, you can add or delete users and grant permissions to them. For more information, see User management.
DB management
When you click Database Management on the instance details page, you are automatically logged in and redirected to the corresponding page in HoloWeb.
On the DB Authorization page in HoloWeb, you can create and delete databases and configure their access policies. For more information, see DB management.
After you purchase an instance, the system creates a database named postgres by default. This database is allocated a small number of resources, is used only for management, and is not displayed on the DB Management page. To handle business workloads, create a new database.
