FAQ

  • Q: Am I able to view all the tickets that need my approval on the approval page?

A: Yes, you can view and process all the DMS tickets that are submitted for your approval on your mobile device. The submitted tickets may include permission application tickets, owner application tickets, data change tickets, data export tickets, and schema design tickets.

  • Q: Am I able to view a complete SQL script for data change on mobile devices?

A: No, you may view only a part of the SQL script because the number of characters that can be displayed on mobile devices is limited. If the number of characters in the SQL script exceeds the upper limit, you can view only the first part of the script. We recommend that you view and process a long script on PCs.
