Last Updated:Nov 13, 2024

You can obtain a panoramic view of a task from the following dimensions on the Task 360 page: the basic information about the task, the status of each governance issue that occurs on the task, the list of baselines to which the task belongs and the execution status of each baseline, the running status of the task instances, and the governance operations performed on the task.

Limits

  • Only Alibaba Cloud accounts, RAM users to which the AliyunDataWorksFullAccess policy is attached, tenant administrators, and tenant-level data governance administrators can select any workspace. Other accounts can select only workspaces in which they are assigned the Workspace Administrator role. For information about how to attach the AliyunDataWorksFullAccess policy to a user, see User permission management.

  • You can view information about the following types of tasks: MaxCompute tasks, E-MapReduce (EMR) tasks, Hologres tasks, Data Integration tasks, ClickHouse tasks, Cloudera's Distribution including Apache Hadoop (CDH) tasks, and general tasks.

Go to the Task 360 page

  1. Log on to the DataWorks console. In the top navigation bar, select the desired region. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Data Development and Governance > Data Governance Center. On the page that appears, click Go to Data Governance Center.

  2. Obtain a panoramic view of the task.

On the Task 360 page, you can view the following information about the task.

    Section

    Description

    Basic Information

Displays the key information of the task, including the properties, scheduling information, and lineages of the output table of the task.

    Note
    • For information about the scheduling properties of a task, see Configure time properties.

    • To learn more about the lineage of a table, you can click the name of the table in the Table Information section to go to the table details page in Data Map.

    Governance Items for Node

Displays the governance issues that you must handle. You can search for governance issues by specifying the governance issue and status filter conditions. You can also sort governance issues based on the deducted points due to the issues, identification time, and duration. To handle the governance issue, click the name of a governance issue or click Handle in the Actions column of the governance issue. Then, you can handle the issue on the Governance Issue page in Workbench.

    Note

For more information about governance issues, see Handle governance issues.

    Task Associated Baseline

If one or more tasks in a baseline depend on the current task, the task status affects the data generation of the baseline. This section displays all baselines to which the current task belongs and the execution details of each baseline on the current day. The details of a baseline include the baseline name, completion time, and committed completion time. You can click the name of a baseline to go to the Smart Baseline page to view the execution details of the baseline.

    Note

For information about the intelligent baseline feature, see Overview.

    Task Execution Information

Displays the basic execution status of the instances generated for the task within the last 30 days. You can search for an instance by specifying the instance ID, execution status, and instance type filter conditions. You can also find the desired instance and click View Details in the Actions column to go to the Operation Center page and view the details of the instance.

    Metric Trend

Displays the trend of the current task in a specific period of time from various dimensions, such as running duration, start time, completion time, scheduling waiting time, CPU consumption, and memory consumption.

    Event Records

Displays the operation records of the current task and the governance progress of governance issues.
