The data dashboard displays the statistics on messages sent in channels. This topic describes the features on the data dashboard.

Prerequisites

  • A channel is created.

Message statistics

Message statistics are the statistics of message status collected based on the account or phone number that sends messages. You can view the trend of messages sent in a line chart or view data statistics in the summary section. You can select an account or phone number that sends messages and a period of time to view message statistics.

Send count

The number of messages sent.

Arrival count

The number of messages that were received by user devices.

Read count

The number of messages that were read by users.

Uplink count

The number of messages that were replied by users.

Arrival rate

The ratio of the number of messages received by user devices to the total number of messages sent.

Read rate

The ratio of the number of messages read by users to the total number of messages sent.

Template statistics

Template statistics are collected based on message templates. You can view template statistics by selecting a template category or querying a template name and specifying a message sending period. Template statistics include template names, template codes, template types, template languages, the number of messages sent, the arrival rate, and click events.

Note

You can view the click event statistics of only specific template types of specific channels.

Fallback statistics

You can select a fallback policy when you send a message. If the message fails to be sent, the message is then sent by using an SMS message based on the fallback policy.

Fallback statistics are collected based on message templates. You can select an account or phone number that sends messages and a message sending period to view fallback statistics. The statistics include template names, template codes, template languages, and the number of fallback messages.
