This topic describes the operations related to fallback policies of Short Message Service (SMS). You can select an existing fallback policy when you send a message.
Prerequisites
Chat App Message Service is activated.
SMS is activated.
A fallback rule is created. For more information, see Fallback rule.
Create a fallback policy
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Fallback settings > Fallback strategy.
Click Add. In the Fallback strategy setting dialog box, set Strategy name and Contains rules.
Click OK.
View a fallback policy
On the Fallback strategy page, view the values of Strategy ID and Strategy name.
To modify a fallback policy, click Edit in the Operation column and modify the values of Strategy name and Contains rules as needed.
To delete a fallback policy, click Delete in the Operation column and click OK in the message that appears.
