Chat App Message Service:Fallback strategy

This topic describes the operations related to fallback policies of Short Message Service (SMS). You can select an existing fallback policy when you send a message.

Prerequisites

Create a fallback policy

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Fallback settings > Fallback strategy.

  3. Click Add. In the Fallback strategy setting dialog box, set Strategy name and Contains rules.

  4. Click OK.

View a fallback policy

On the Fallback strategy page, view the values of Strategy ID and Strategy name.

  • To modify a fallback policy, click Edit in the Operation column and modify the values of Strategy name and Contains rules as needed.

  • To delete a fallback policy, click Delete in the Operation column and click OK in the message that appears.
