This article shows you how to quickly activate and use Chat App Message Service.
Step 1: Activate Chat App Message Service
An Alibaba Cloud account is created, and enterprise real-name verification is complete. For more information, see Create an account and Real-name verification for enterprises.
Activate Chat App Message Service in the Chat App Message Service Console.
Step 2: Add a channel
In the left navigation bar, select Channel Management, and click Add Channel.
In the Add Channel dialog box that appears, select the channel type and set the channel name.
Click OK.
For instructions on how to create a channel for a specific channel type, see Channel types and select the specific channel type's Add Channel.
Step 3: Channel management
In the left navigation bar, select Channel Management.
Click the Channel ID or Management you want to manage to open the channel operation page.
On the newly opened channel operation page, click Register in the left navigation bar to register or bind an account for the corresponding channel type.
For instructions on how to manage channels for a specific channel type, see Channel types and select the specific channel type's Channel Management.
Step 4: Template design
On the channel operation page, click the Template Design page in the left navigation bar.
Fill in the template information, click OK, and enter the template content editing page.
On the template content editing page, set the template content information.
Click Save and Submit for audit.
If the template needs to be reviewed, you need to wait for the review to pass before using the template to send information. For specific operation steps, see Template Design under each channel in Channel types.
Step 5: Send messages
In the left navigation bar, select Send message. Follow the instructions to fill in the relevant information for sending.
Click Send.
