Chat App Message Service:CDR list

This topic describes how to query messaging records in the Chat App Message Service console. You can obtain billing details based on the messaging records.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Channel management.

  3. On the Channel management page, click a channel ID or click Management in the Operation column that corresponds to the desired channel.

  4. On the channel operation page,click CDR list in the left-side navigation pane.

  5. On the CDR list page, query messaging records based on filter conditions. You can filter messaging records by business number, user phone number, or message delivery time.

    Note

    You cannot select a time range that spans more than one month.

  6. Click the Search icon.

    Note

    If you need to download messaging records, click the Export icon. After the export task is submitted, go to Download Center to download the records.
