After messages are sent, you can view statistics about the messages in the Chat App Message Service console. The statistics include message delivery and receipt details, status reports, and batch delivery details. This topic describes how to view message statistics in the Chat App Message Service console.
View message statistics
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Channel management.
On the Channel management page, click a channel ID or click Management in the Operation column that corresponds to the desired channel.
On the channel operation page, click Message list in the left-side navigation pane.
On the Message list page, filter messages based on query conditions. You can filter messages by business number, message type, user number, or time when messages are received or sent.
NoteYou cannot select a time range that spans more than one month.
Click Message Details or Status Report to view details about messages or message status reports.
View messages that are sent in batches
On the Message list page, click the Batch Send List tab.
On the Batch Send List tab, filter messages by business number or delivery time.

Click View details to view details about messages that are sent in batches.
View messages to be sent or messages failed to be sent
On the Message list page, click the To be sent / error list tab.
On the To be sent / error list tab, filter messages by business number or delivery time.
Click Delete task and click OK in the confirmation dialog box that appears to terminate the delivery task.
