If your overdue payments are not settled within seven days, Managed Service for Prometheus stops receiving metric data from your Prometheus instance. After the configured storage duration expires with no new data ingested, the instance is permanently released. All metric data and the instance are deleted and cannot be recovered.

Avoid unnecessary charges
If you no longer need Managed Service for Prometheus, uninstall the Prometheus instance to stop reporting metrics. This prevents additional fees and overdue payments. For instructions, see Refund policy.
