Technical support for Application Monitoring Basic Edition and Browser Monitoring Basic Edition will be suspended from March 31, 2024. We recommend that you change the billing mode to pay-by-observable-data for better user experience at the earliest opportunity.
Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) released the pay-by-observable-data billing mode on November 20, 2023. If you have already activated ARMS, you can change the billing mode in late December. Compared to the old billing mode, the new billing mode is more cost-effective and controllable. Based on the cost control practices provided by ARMS, costs can be significantly reduced without compromising functionality and user experience. Even though the Basic Editions of Application Monitoring and Browser Monitoring are more cost-effective than the Pro Editions, the Basic Editions support a data storage duration that is 95% shorter and provide only a few features.
