Cloud Enterprise Network:Delete a network instance connection

This topic describes how to delete a network instance connection from a transit router. After the connection is deleted, the network associated with the network instance connection cannot communicate with other networks by using the transit router.

Prerequisites

Delete a network instance connection

  1. Log on to the CEN console.

  2. On the Instances page, click the ID of the CEN instance that you want to manage.

  3. On the Basic Information > Transit Router tab, click the ID of the transit router in the region of the network instance connection.

    Enterprise Edition transit router

    The following procedure shows how to delete a network instance connection from an Enterprise Edition transit router:

    1. On the Intra-region Connections tab, find the network instance connection that you want to delete and click Detach in the Actions column.

    2. In the dialog box that appears, check the information about the connection, select Make sure that your services will not be affected if you delete the preceding N configurations at a time at the bottom of the dialog box, and then click OK.

      Warning

      Enterprise Edition transit routers allow you to delete network instance connections together with all relevant configurations. To prevent adverse impacts on your workloads, we recommend that you check every configuration item before you delete a network instance connection.

    3. In the Are you sure that you want to delete the instance? message, read the information and click OK.

    Basic Edition transit router

    The following procedure shows how to delete a network instance connection from a Basic Edition transit router:

    1. On the Intra-region Connections tab, find the network instance connection that you want to delete and click Detach in the Actions column.

    2. In the Are you sure that you want to delete the instance? message, read the information and click OK.
