This topic describes how to manage cloud phone images.
Description
Cloud phone images are classified into custom images and system images. You can create, query, delete, and use custom images. You can only query and use system images.
Create images
Prerequisites
The cloud phone is in the Stopped state.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Image.
Click the Custom Image tab, and then click Create Image.
In the Create Image panel, configure the Image Name and Description parameters, select a cloud phone that is in the Stopped state, and then click OK.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Image and check the image status and information on the Custom Image tab.
Modify image names
Prerequisites
The image whose name you want to modify is a custom image.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Image.
On the Custom Image tab, click the icon next to the image whose name you want to modify.
Enter a new name and click OK.
Query images
Prerequisites
The image that you want to query exists.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Image.
On the Image page, select Image ID or Image Name as the search condition. If you select Image ID, exact match is supported. If you select Image Name, fuzzy match is supported.
Enter an image name or an ID in the search box.
Delete images
Prerequisites
The image that you want to delete is a custom image that is not in use.
Procedure
Delete a single image
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Image.
On the Custom Image tab, find the image that you want to delete and click Delete in the Actions column.
In the message that appears, click Confirm to delete the custom image.
Delete multiple images at the same time
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Image.
On the Custom Image tab, select the images that you want to delete.
Click Delete in the lower part of the page.
In the dialog box that appears, click Confirm to delete the selected images.
Distribute images
Prerequisites
The image that you want to distribute is a custom image, and the region to which you want to distribute the image has no images.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Phone console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Image.
On the Custom Image tab, find the image that you want to distribute and click Distribute in the Actions column.
In the Distribute Image dialog box, select the region to which you want to distribute the image and click OK.
Take note that image distribution requires a long period of time to complete.
