Outbound data transfer plan
Data transfer plans can be used to offset data transfer fees.
If you want to use data transfer plans to offset data transfer fees, the metering method must be pay-by-data-transfer. If the metering method is pay-by-bandwidth, the plan will not take effect. The plan will resume taking effect when the metering method is changed to pay-by-data-transfer.
You can purchase multiple outbound data transfer plans. The data transfer plans are applied in chronological order of expiration time. The system calculates the amount of outbound data transfer on an hourly basis. Your data transfer plans are automatically used to offset data transfer fees. Data transfer overage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Outbound data transfer plans are classified into eight types based on the acceleration region. Each data transfer plan takes effect only in the acceleration region that you specify when you purchase the data transfer plan.

Chinese mainland | Effective in the Chinese mainland. |
Outside the Chinese mainland | Effective in regions outside the Chinese mainland, including Asia Pacific 1, Asia Pacific 2, Asia Pacific 3, North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and South America. |
Asia Pacific 1 | Effective in Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), Taiwan (China), Japan, and Southeast Asia countries and regions except for Vietnam and Indonesia. |
Asia Pacific 2 | Effective in India, Indonesia, Republic of Korea, and Vietnam. |
Asia Pacific 3 | Effective in Australia and New Zealand. |
North America | Effective in North America. |
Europe | Effective in Europe. |
Middle East and Africa | Effective in Middle East and Africa. |
South America | Effective in South America. |
