  • Real-time messages: Messages are pushed to you when your administrator performs operations on your cloud computer, such as creating scheduled tasks for your cloud computer, stopping or restarting your cloud computer, modifying the policy that is associated with your cloud computer, upgrading or downgrading resource specifications, assigning or reclaiming resources, updating the operating system (OS), or providing remote assistance. Such messages are pushed to your cloud computer in real time.

    Note

  • Notification center: The messages are about the changes and execution results of your cloud computer. You can quickly locate the operation records of cloud computers within your account by choosing Messages from the DesktopAssistant menu and view message categories on the following tabs:

    • Management: displays messages about your cloud computer managed by administrators, expiration reminders, and execution results. For example, when your administrator configures scheduled tasks, authorizes users to use cloud computers or enterprise drives, changes policies, changes resource specifications, assigns or reclaims resources, or performs operations on your cloud computer, these messages are categorized on this tab.

    • System: displays messages about the system information of your cloud computer, such as image version updates, update tasks, and update results.

    • Marketing: displays messages about sales activities, such as discounts or promotions.
