Virtual Private Cloud:Attach a VPC to a CEN instance

This topic describes how to attach a virtual private cloud (VPC) to a Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) instance. After you attach a VPC to a CEN instance, the VPC can communicate with the VPCs or data centers attached to the same CEN instance. You can attach a VPC to a CEN instance that belongs to the same Alibaba Cloud account or another Alibaba Cloud account. Before you attach a VPC to a CEN instance that belongs to another Alibaba Cloud account, make sure that the Alibaba Cloud account is authorized.

Attach a VPC to a CEN instance that belongs to the same Alibaba Cloud account

You can attach a VPC to a CEN instance that belongs to the same Alibaba Cloud account. This way, the VPC can communicate with the VPCs or data centers attached to the same CEN instance. For more information, see Create a VPC connection.

Grant permissions to an Alibaba Cloud account

Before you attach a VPC to a CEN instance that belongs to another Alibaba Cloud account, make sure that the Alibaba Cloud account is authorized. Then, you can attach a VPC to the CEN instance and enable the VPC to communicate with the network instances attached to the CEN instance.
