Voice Service:Create a group call task

You can initiate voice group calls to send audio files or text-to-speech (TTS) audios to specified numbers based on your business requirements.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the VMS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose International Voice Call > Group Call.

  3. Configure parameters on the page that appears as prompted.

    Parameter

    Description

    Enter a task name

    The name of the group call task.

    Country Code

    The country code of the group call destination country.

    Calling Number

    The phone number that initiates a call.

    Note

    If you want to display random calling numbers during calls, set this parameter to 00000000.

    Called Number

    The phone number to be called.

    1. Select a template type from the drop-down list to download the corresponding template.

    2. Configure the corresponding variables in the template based on your business requirements. You can specify up to 50,000 phone numbers at a time.

    3. Click Upload Numbers and select the corresponding file to upload.

    Important
    • The following template formats are supported: TXT, XLSX, and CSV.

    • If country codes do not precede the phone numbers you upload, the system automatically adds the country code selected when you create the group call task prior to the phone numbers.

    • You can upload up to 50,000 numbers at a time. If the phone numbers to be uploaded exceed the upper limit, voice content is sent only to the first 50,000 numbers.

    Voice Content

    • Audio File: Select an audio file template.

    • Text-to-Speech (TTS): Select a TTS template.

    On Schedule

    Specify a time zone and scheduled delivery time for the group call task.

  4. Click Send.
