You can publish a version after a request to publish the version is approved. The procedure for publishing a version for the first time is different from the procedure for publishing the version not for the first time. If you publish a version for the first time, you can perform only an official release of the version. If this is not the first time that you publish the version, you can perform a whitelisting test, a canary release, and then an official release, or you can directly perform an official release.
Prerequisites
A request to publish a version of a miniapp is approved. For more information, see Submit a request to publish a version.
Publish the version for the first time
On the Release tab of the miniapp, click Officially Release. In the message that appears, click OK to complete the release process.
Publish the version not for the first time
(Optional) Whitelisting test
On the Release tab of the miniapp, click Setting Whitelist. The Setting Whitelist panel appears.
Add the user IDs to the whitelist.
Click Start Testing.
(Optional) Canary release
On the Release tab of the miniapp, click Set Grayscale. The Set Grayscale dialog box appears.
In the Set Grayscale dialog box, specify the canary release ratio.
Click Start Grayscale to start the canary release.
Official release
After the canary release is started, the official release can be started when user feedback and actual business operation results meet expectations.
On the Release tab of the miniapp, click Officially Release. In the message that appears, click OK to complete the release process.
After this version is published, any previous version that was published to the app is automatically archived. For example, if V0.0.2 is published to App A, V0.0.1 that was previously published to the same app is automatically archived.
