When you send SMS messages to the Chinese mainland, it is mandatory to include an SMS signature, which must undergo a thorough review process before it can be approved for use. Signature name	A signature serves as an identifier for a company, product, or business. It is crucial to specify the real name of your application, website, or company in the signature for effective branding. It cannot be a vague phrase, such as Customer service or Dear customer. It is important to ensure that the signature does not contain content that violates local laws or regulations, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
Signature format and limitation	A signature is required to be between 2 and 12 characters in length and can only contain letters and digits. It is important to note that special characters, including spaces, are not allowed in your signature. Your signature should consist of text only, and you do not need to add symbols such as (), or []. Signatures will be automatically enclosed in brackets [], such as [Alibaba Cloud] or [ECS]. Note Languages other than simplified Chinese and English are not supported. In addition, signatures that contain only English characters may be intercepted. We suggest a combination of Chinese and English characters.
