Alibaba Cloud Short Message Service (SMS) supports setting a maximum limit on the number of messages that can be sent to individual mobile phone numbers on a daily basis.
Note
Alibaba Cloud SMS uses Singapore Time (SGT), which is 8 hours ahead of UTC (UTC+8).
Procedure
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud SMS console.
In the left navigation pane, choose .
On the Message Sending Limit tab, click Configure.
Specify the maximum number of messages that can be sent per day. The upper limit is 20 messages per day.
Click Save.
