    Simple Application Server:Resource usage and bills

    You can view the resource usage and bills of your simple application servers in the Expenses and Costs console.

    View bills

    You can filter bills by statistic item and statistic period. Bill details include billable items, usage, price, and deduction of the service.

    1. Log on to the Expenses and Costs console.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Bills > Bill Details.

    3. On the Billing Details tab, set Billing cycle and enter Simple Application Server in the Product field to view the bills of your simple application servers.

      Parameter

      Description

      Statistic Item

      Bills are displayed based on the statistic item that you specify. Valid values:

      • Billing Item: Bills are displayed by billable item. The bills that are generated based on the same billable item are combined.

      • Instance: Bills are displayed by instance. The bills that are generated by the same instance are combined.

      • Product: Bills are displayed by product. The bills that are generated by the same product are combined.

      • Account: Bills are displayed by account. The bills that are generated in the same account are combined.

      • Cost Center: Bills are displayed by cost center. The bills that are generated by the same cost center are combined.

      Statistic Period

      Bills are displayed based on the statistic period that you specify. Valid values:

      • Billing Cycle: The bills of the specified billing cycle are displayed.

      • By Day: The bills of the specified billing cycle are displayed by day.

      • Billing Period: The bills of the specified billing cycle are displayed by hour.

      Note

      • You can click the image icon in the upper-right corner of the bill. In the Customize Column Options dialog box, select the bill content that you want to view.

      • To analyze your bills, click the image icon in the upper-right corner of the bill. In the Export Billing Overview (CSV) dialog box, export the current bill to your on-premises device.

    Query resource usage

    You can filter data by hour within a specific time period to download and view the usage details of simple application servers.

    1. Log on to the Expenses and Costs console.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Bills > Bill Details.

    3. On the Usage Records tab, configure the following parameters.

      Product

      Select Simple Application Server.

      Billable Item

      Select Simple Application Server.

      Time Period

      Select the time range for the query. You can query and export usage records of recent 12 months. To query information beyond the period, submit a ticket.

      You can query the resource usage of only one calendar month each time. For example, if you set the start time to 2022-02-01, the latest end time that you can specify for the time range is 2022-02-28. You cannot select 2022-03-01 as an end time.

      Time Unit

      Select Hour.

    4. Click Export CSV.

      After the CSV file is exported, you can download the file to your on-premises device to view the usage details of your simple application servers.
