Service Catalog:What do I do if no product versions are available when I launch a product?

When you launch a product and no product versions are available, you can refer to this topic to troubleshoot the issue.

Cause

If the administrator deletes all versions of the product that you want to launch, the error message "There is no version available for the product, please contact the administrator." appears when you launch the product.

Solution

Log on to the Service Catalog console as the administrator and create at least one version for the product on the Product management page.
