Log Storage Capacity: You are charged based on the size of logs that you add to the CTDR feature.

• Log Data to Add: You are charged based on the size of logs that you add to the CTDR feature by using a tiered pricing policy. After you add logs across cloud platforms, cloud services, and data sources to the CTDR feature, the feature standardizes the logs based on the Alibaba Cloud security data model. This way, you can use capabilities such as alerting, event handling, and SOAR.

• Log storage capacity (hot storage): You are charged based on the size of logs that you deliver for hot storage.

The following list describes the tiered pricing policy for logs. The unit price for logs varies based on the log size that you add within one day.

• Tier 1: If the log size is less than or equal to 10 GB, the unit price is USD 0.6 per GB-day.

• Tier 2: If the log size is greater than 10 GB but less than or equal to 50 GB, the unit price is USD 0.48 per GB-day.

• Tier 3: If the log size is greater than 50 GB but less than or equal to 100 GB, the unit price is USD 0.45 per GB-day.

• Tier 4: If the log size is greater than 100 GB but less than or equal to 9,999,999 GB, the unit price is USD 0.42 per GB-day.

If you deliver logs for hot storage, the unit price is USD 0.1 per GB-month.

• If you purchased the feature, the current billing rules are still used. If you want to perform renewal, renewal by changing existing specifications, and specification upgrade or downgrade, the current billing rules are still used.

• If you use a member that is added to the feature for monitoring, take note of the following impacts:

  • You are not charged when you add logs to the feature. You can use the capabilities supported by the feature, such as alerting, event handling, and SOAR, free of charge. If you purchase the feature and specify a value greater than 0 for the Log Data to Add parameter, you are charged based on the new billing rules.

  • The log storage capacity becomes 0. If you want to view log data within your account, you must purchase log storage capacity for hot storage based on the new billing rules.

• Before the new billing rules are released, you can use up to one account in a resource directory to purchase the feature. After the new billing rules are released, no limit is imposed on the number of accounts.

If you already purchased the feature, you must unsubscribe from the feature before you can purchase the feature based on the new billing rules.
