Enables or disables the member deletion feature.

Operation description

Members of the resource account type can be deleted only after the member deletion feature is enabled.

Error codes

403	MemberAccountAccessDenied	The member account is not allowed to perform the operation.	A member cannot be used to perform this operation.
404	EntityNotExists.ResourceDirectory	The resource directory for the account is not enabled. We recommend that you first enable the resource directory for the account.	The account is not used to enable a resource directory. Use the account to enable a resource directory first.
