After you modify a quota template, the modification takes effect only for the members that are added to the resource directory by the management account. The quota values for existing members remain unchanged.
Prerequisites
You must log on to the Quota Center console by using the management account of the resource directory or by using a RAM user that has the AliyunQuotasFullAccess permissions within the management account. For more information, see Authorize a RAM User.

Procedure
Log on to the Quota Center console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Quota Templates.
On the Quota Templates page, select a cloud service. Find the quota whose value you want to change, and click Edit in the Actions column.
In the Edit Quota Template dialog box, configure the Applied Quotas parameter based on the valid range of the quota value.
Click OK.
