Quick BI:Obtain Account Information

Organization administrators can add Alibaba Cloud accounts and RAM users. To facilitate this, you must first retrieve your account information and provide it to the organization administrator for inclusion in Quick BI. This topic describes the steps to retrieve your account information.

Obtain an Alibaba Cloud account

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console.

  2. Hover over the profile picture in the upper-right corner (①) to view the Alibaba Cloud account ID (②). image.png Alternatively, hover over the profile picture (①) and click Security settings (②). image.png

  3. On the Security Settings page, your Alibaba Cloud account is displayed as the Account ID. image.png

Obtain RAM user information

  1. Create a RAM user.

    If you are using an Alibaba Cloud account and no RAM user exists under this account, you must create one. For more information, see Create a RAM user.

  2. Retrieve RAM user information.

    Only Alibaba Cloud accounts can access the basic information of RAM users associated with the account. For more information, see View RAM user information.

Obtain an Alibaba Cloud RAM account name

  1. Log on to the RAM console using your Alibaba Cloud account. In the left-side navigation pane, select Identity Management -> Users to view the sub-account information. image

    Note

    The sub-account is the username before the @ symbol in the sub-username@default domain name or account alias.onaliyun.com. For instance, for zhang***@test.onaliyun.com, the sub-account is zhangsan.

  2. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console using your Alibaba Cloud RAM account. Hover over the profile picture in the upper-right corner (①) to view the sub-account name (②).

Obtain an Alibaba Cloud RAM account ID

  1. Log on to the RAM console using your Alibaba Cloud account. In the left-side navigation pane, select Identity Management -> Users. Click the RAM user to navigate to the user's basic information product page.

  2. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console using your Alibaba Cloud RAM account. Hover over the profile picture in the upper-right corner (①) to view the Alibaba Cloud RAM account ID (②). image
