Organization administrators can add Alibaba Cloud accounts and RAM users. Before you use Quick BI, obtain your account information and provide the information for the organization administrator. Then, the administrator can add the account information to Quick BI. This topic describes how to obtain account information.
Obtain information about your alibaba cloud account
To obtain information about your Alibaba Cloud account, perform the following steps:
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console.
Move the pointer over the avatar (1) in the upper-right corner to obtain the ID of the Alibaba Cloud account (2).
You can also move the pointer over the profile picture in the upper-right corner and click Security Settings. 
On the Security Settings page, the Account ID that is displayed is your Alibaba Cloud account.
Obtain RAM user information
Create a RAM user.
If you use an Alibaba Cloud account and no RAM user exists within the account, you must create a RAM user. For more information, see Create a RAM user.
Obtain the information about a RAM user.
Only Alibaba Cloud accounts can view the basic information of RAM users under their Alibaba Cloud accounts. For more information, see View the information of RAM users.
