For rich text, you can enter fixed text or insert metrics to display the changes of metrics in real time. This topic describes how to add and configure a rich text widget.
Prerequisites
A dashboard is created. For more information, see Create a dashboard and Overview.
Scenarios
It is often used in scenarios such as large-scale promotion for real-time broadcast, weekly email subscription, and automatic data report generation.
Edit rich text
Edit rich text content.
Click the icon in the Function Bar to add rich text and set the title name.
Configure the text style.
You can set the content style, font size, text style, text color, text background color, and alignment font of rich text.
Add metrics in rich text.
If you have added only one dimension and you want to view the values of multiple parallel dimensions in this dimension, you can set the Number of entries to be displayed parameter.
If you set the dimension field to area and the measure field to order amount, By default, one data record is displayed after a metric is added.
If you want to view data in All Regions, you can specify the number of regions and 7 in the field tab.
NoteThe maximum number of results displayed is 50.
Create a hyperlink.
In the rich text toolbar, click the icon to add a link. The link can be opened in one of the following ways: Open New Window, Open Current Window, or Popup.
After the hyperlink is created, you can press Ctrl and click the hypertext to open the linked page.
Configure rich text styles
In the Title&Card section, configure Title, Note, Endnote, and Component Container.

You can set this parameter to Auto Height or Custom Height.
Global Top
If you select this check box, the current top rich text is replaced by this component. Non-full-width rich text on mobile devices does not support top rich text.

Delete a rich text widget
Click the icon in the upper-right corner of Rich Text.
Click Delete. The rich text widget is deleted.
