Yes. Performance Testing Service (PTS) is a publicly available service that supports performance testing on any website accessible from the Internet, regardless of where it is hosted. Both Alibaba Cloud-hosted and non-Alibaba Cloud websites are supported.
For non-Alibaba Cloud websites, the target must have a public IP address or be reachable over the Internet.

Only test URLs that you own or have explicit authorization to test. Unauthorized performance testing may result in legal consequences for which you are held responsible.
