Performance Testing Service (PTS) uses the pay-as-you-go billing method. If your Alibaba Cloud account balance is insufficient to settle a bill on the day it is generated, the bill becomes overdue.
Notifications
PTS sends an overdue payment notification by email, SMS, or internal message within one hour after a bill becomes overdue. To avoid service disruption, settle the outstanding bill promptly.
Impact timeline
The following table describes how an overdue bill affects PTS.

| Within 1 hour | No impact. PTS continues to operate normally. |
| More than 1 hour | PTS stops providing services until you pay all overdue bills. |
Note
After PTS stops, all your data is retained. PTS is automatically re-enabled after you pay all overdue bills.
Resolve an overdue payment
To restore PTS, pay all outstanding bills on your Alibaba Cloud account. After you complete the payment, PTS is automatically re-enabled and all your data remains intact.
