Thank you for using PolarDB for PostgreSQL(Compatible with Oracle) 1.0. We regret to inform you that it will be discontinued soon. You can obtain technical support if you still use PolarDB for PostgreSQL(Compatible with Oracle) 1.0 clusters.

PolarDB for PostgreSQL (Compatible with Oracle) 2.0 was released in November 2022 and is available for commercial use. PolarDB for PostgreSQL (Compatible with Oracle) 2.0 provides higher performance and better compatibility. We recommend that you use the new version. PolarDB for PostgreSQL (Compatible with Oracle) 2.0 is a long-term support version that continuously evolves.

If you still use PolarDB for PostgreSQL(Compatible with Oracle) 1.0 clusters or plan to purchase them, take note of the following points:

As of the end-of-sale date, PolarDB for PostgreSQL(Compatible with Oracle) 1.0 clusters of all specifications will no longer be available for sale.

Compared with PolarDB for PostgreSQL (Compatible with Oracle) 1.0, PolarDB for PostgreSQL (Compatible with Oracle) 2.0 provides considerably higher performance.
