The storage space of PolarDB automatically scales based on the volume of stored data. You do not need to manually specify the storage capacity. You are charged only for the used storage space. If you want to store large volumes of data, we recommend that you use storage plans to reduce costs. This topic describes how to renew or upgrade a storage plan.
Usage notes
When you purchase, upgrade, renew, or unsubscribe from storage plans, only billing is involved. The preceding operations do not affect your business operations.
