    You can go to the Expenses and Costs console to view the billing details of your PolarDB cluster for different billing cycles and accounts.

    How do I view bills

    • Go to the Expenses and Costs > Bills > Bill Details. On the Bill Details page, use the filters to search for and view specific billing information.

    Note

    • You can select a time range that spans only one calendar month. You cannot select a time range that spans multiple calendar months. For example, you cannot select a time range from January 10, 2022 to February 10, 2022.

    Bill details

    The bill details page contains columns related to billing information. The following table describes specific columns.

    Usage

    The usage of the billable item.

    Note

    • Check the usage against the detailed billing statement for the billable item.

    • If your billing cycle is set to a calendar month or day, the usage shown is the cumulative total usage. It is provided for reference only and cannot be used as the basis for reconciliation.

    Pretax Gross Amount

    The original consumption amount calculated based on the list price. Refer to the List Price Unit field for the unit of measurement.

    The following table provides the sample monthly billing details of specific billable items on the Bill Details > Billing Details page when the Statistical Item parameter is set to Billing Item, the Statistical Period parameter is set to Billing Cycle, and the Product parameter is set to PolarDB.

    As shown in the preceding monthly billing details:

    • The storage usage in the row numbered 2 is 234.6041 GB, which is the total storage usage of the PolarDB cluster in the current month.

    • For information about the unit price of each billing item, see Billable items and Storage plans.

    • The Pretax Gross Amount is calculated by using the following formula: Usage × Unit Price. For storage plans, the Pretax Gross Amount is equal to the unit price, regardless of the actual usage.
